1. Services

Nerang Tyre Service provides tyre fitting, balancing, wheel alignments, puncture repairs, and related automotive services. All services are performed using industry-standard practices and equipment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates only and may change if additional work is required once the vehicle is inspected.

• Prices include labour unless stated otherwise.

• Any additional work will be discussed with the customer where reasonably possible before proceeding.

3. Payment

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash and other payment methods as displayed in-store.

• Vehicles may be withheld until payment is received in full.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible.

• Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in delays for future bookings.

5. Tyres & Parts

• All tyres and parts supplied remain the property of Nerang Tyre Service until paid in full.

• Used or damaged tyres removed during servicing will be disposed of unless the customer requests them back at the time of service.

6. Warranties

• Tyres supplied may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms and conditions.

• Workmanship is covered for a reasonable period under normal driving conditions.

• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, road hazards, accidents, improper inflation, or vehicle defects.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure their vehicle is safe, roadworthy, and free of personal valuables.

• Accurate vehicle information must be provided, including wheel and tyre specifications.

8. Liability

• While reasonable care is taken, Nerang Tyre Service is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles

  • Delays caused by parts availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential losses

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Vehicle Storage

• Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time after notification may incur storage fees.

• Uncollected vehicles may be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

Nerang Tyre Service reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all services.
